Specialist in Sport Management in 2017 recipient of the title of Sports Director from Sports Science University in collaboration with the RFEF.

In his new professional stage as a sports assessor, Lucian is passionate about revealing to the players the “keys of success” and also by the belief that the talent needs to always be trained with clear ambitious objectives in mind, at the same time developing the capacity to want “more and more” every day!
